Anthony Siklich

Anthony is a highly skilled family law barrister. Since being called to the bar 2025 he has distinguished himself as a dedicated advocate who brings both legal precision and genuine empathy to complex family matters. His disciplined approach to case preparation, combined with his well-prepared advocacy in court, has earned him recognition among colleagues and clients alike.

Anthony was admitted to practice in 2012. Since that time, he has practised almost exclusively in family law.

Prior to joining Elizabeth Evatt Chambers in 2025, Anthony was a Director of a boutique family law firm, recognised as a First Tier firm by Doyles Guide to the Legal Profession. He gained significant experience in major property matters involving complex corporate interests and trusts, and also in parenting matters involving complicated issues. His deep understanding of family law principles and jurisprudence is reflected in his Master of Laws (with Commendation) from the  Australian National University, awarded in 2021.

Anthony has a comprehensive understanding of complex legal principles and their practical application. His calm demeanour and meticulous attention to detail inspire confidence in his clients.
